So... I have been really bad about posting. I have been so very busy with life but my gains are coming and coming on very strong.
I am doing a mini cut to mix things up and shock the system before my next big bulk coming Dec-Feb before it gets comp. serious... Last week I weighed in at 226 lbs and am now at 221 lbs. I believe I began this training at 197 lbs.
Strength is coming on good but I am switching a few exercises up watching a couple of body builders at the gym. They are both very cool. Nick is the Gym trainer/body builder and is going to work with me a bit on posing as well as my new bud Ben who is now 4 weeks out from comp.
I have kinda went back to basics s working out with friends I can lose a little focus on what my goal is "body building" not lifting heavy. So I have stepped back a bit, lightened the weights and can really feel a good pump again now :-)
My new routine is Wed-Fri after work around 4-5pm then Sat-Sun in the morning when ever I get around. Doing this allows better rest, greater workouts and more time with my family (waking hours)
I will have more picture before long. The muscles are starting to increase in volume a bit and I will wait probably a couple more weeks until I take some pics then about 4 more weeks after that to compare the differences.
