Well... Discussed it with Franz and Jules and have decided to switch things up.
Going to bulk until I reach 250+ lbs then assess the timing to the next comp for cut.
Franz already created a new sup schedule for me which is awesome...

Oct. 23, 2010 Post
Man... It has been awhile since I have posted. I took pics in June, Aug and now today.
I started a new cycle for in Sept for 6 weeks and another one this month for 6 more weeks until I start phase 2 of bulking big time. Oct 1st I weighed 230 lbs and I now weighed in today at 220 lbs.
I have recent pics and I will try to find the other pics to show all 3 time to compare. Orange trunks are June, Blue from Aug and Gray Oct.
Diet is going great... Doing good on cheat days not to go hog wild... Nice knowing the Franz has my back and has cut phase sup plan ready. I am very excited to say that my bro Nick at the gym has a pose training plan in place for me and we may begin the week of xmas break which would be very cool. It sounds very tough and tiresome :-)

Sept. 9th 2010
Well again I am yet to take updated photos. I have been very busy and have now switched to working out after work which is going very well. About half way through this mini cut to mix things up then back on track for more bulking until Feb. 3rd 2011.
Franz worked with Bobby and I now have a new plan for cutting (at my request) - Thanks to Franz for putting up with me!
I am maintaining at about 221 lbs so far. At this point I think I will not have any problem getting into the light heavy weight division to be best in class which rocks!...

Been awhile
So... I have been really bad about posting. I have been so very busy with life but my gains are coming and coming on very strong.
I am doing a mini cut to mix things up and shock the system before my next big bulk coming Dec-Feb before it gets comp. serious... Last week I weighed in at 226 lbs and am now at 221 lbs. I believe I began this training at 197 lbs.
Strength is coming on good but I am switching a few exercises up watching a couple of body builders at the gym. They are both very cool. Nick is the Gym trainer/body builder and is going to work with me a bit on posing as well as my new bud Ben who is now 4 weeks out from comp.
I have kinda went back to basics s working out with friends I can lose a little focus on what my goal is "body building" not lifting heavy. So I have stepped back a bit, lightened the weights and can really feel a good pump again now :-)
My new routine is Wed-Fri after work around 4-5pm then Sat-Sun in the morning when ever I get around. Doing this allows better rest, greater workouts and more time with my family (waking hours)
I will have more picture before long. The muscles are starting to increase in volume a bit and I will wait probably a couple more weeks until I take some pics then about 4 more weeks after that to compare the differences.
Well. Until I find time to write again :-)

Second set of pics - 08/01/2010
Well... Date night was awesome last night... I good a freebie day to eat anything... I had sooo much bad food... Typical American style :-)
Jules worked with me on some posing and took pics... I will post as few of them tonight. I am not happy with my form... I have some work to do. I think I am doing it correct then take a look at the picture and see I am leaning to the side, back, arms not properly formed to enhance my bi's, etc. I am happy about Jules helping with pics and my pose trainer video recording my sessions... Session start this week with 2 per week at 1 hour intervals each.
Weighed in this morning at 222.5 lbs but am thinking that it may be a little skewed due to my freebie day yesterday. I will see what I am at in a couple of days.
Very pumped about the plan that Franz and Bobby came up with for me. Sounds like it is going to rock big time!
Time to upload some picks so I can spend a little time with my fam before I hit the bed for another busy week. Hitting the big back tomorrow with Rick. Very glad that we have teamed up several times each week. He brings new ideas to my routine to switch things up a bit and is fun to crush it with.

Well... I visited with the mighty Franz yesterday and we are about to switch things up in 2 weeks. Starting the 14th of August I will go into a 10 week pre-cut phase. This means my meals and calories will decrease, workouts will stay the same for now and I will get grouchy for food :-)
During this time what muscle I have put on will get polished, volumize and get semi cut. When I come off this phase (this is so cool) I get 3 freebie days to eat like the typical american... like a pig... anything and however much I want :-)
After that I will be back to my bulking routine until Jan. 16 in which at that time I will start the official cut phase and a lot changes up then for 15 solid weeks :-) Hanz for be chisled and built like a shit brickhouse!!!
This weekend I will get some measurments and take my 2nd set of pictures and post. I may even have a pratice posing vid to post at that time :-)

284 days left until I stuff my face :-) (for an entire week)
Hit chest/Shoulders very hard today... Hit it Hanz style ;-)
I increased weight in all workouts today on all sets and even the super sets...
Incline Dumb Bell press I rocked... I have never lifted that much before.
15 reps of 65, 12 reps of 70, 10 reps of 75 & 8 reps of 80. That is without assist. With assist I would have gone up.
Maintaining 217.5 and the strength is coming on... Oh yeah
Bring on the bulk!!!!
I get to hit legs tomorrow... I am always excited about it the night before and right after the workout... During, I have to almost take myself away from it all... Like out of body almost :-)
I do enjoy hitting legs with RJ... I like seeing someone else want to puke and struggle other than myself... LOL
Switching things up a bit. Going to start hitting back on Fridays because I am FN sick of every either hitting back or doing legs on Wed and being in my FN way... Friday it is clear... I will hit shoulders again or switch arms up and do back Thursday... Not sure yet...
